By accessing or using Nahw Academy (https://www.nahww.com), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

When you create an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

Nahw Academy is an educational platform that helps users learn Arabic grammar (Nahw) through interactive lessons, exercises, sentence analysis tools, Quran reading features, and related learning resources.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to provide a reliable learning experience but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

You may create an account using email and password, Google sign-in (via Firebase), or Quran Foundation OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current registration information
• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access

You must be old enough to consent to use online services in your jurisdiction, or have parental or guardian consent where required by law.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation or security
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content in bulk without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users through social or buddy features
• Upload or transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the platform or other users.

Lessons, exercises, text, graphics, software, and other materials on Nahw Academy are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Quranic text and related scholarly content may be subject to separate terms from Quran Foundation and other content providers.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your own learning. You may not reproduce, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

Your learning progress, preferences, and account information are stored to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of information you provide, but grant us the rights needed to operate, display, and improve the platform.

If you link a Quran Foundation account, features tied to that account are also subject to Quran Foundation's terms and policies.

The platform integrates with third-party services including Firebase (Google sign-in), Quran Foundation (OAuth and Quranic content), and hosting providers. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Nahw Academy is provided for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy in grammar explanations and Quranic content presentation, the platform does not replace formal instruction from qualified teachers or scholars.

AI-assisted features, where available, may produce incomplete or incorrect responses. You should verify important religious or linguistic information with trusted sources.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nahw Academy and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

You may stop using the platform at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
